What is your role at DCB?
I am currently a PreK4 Resident Teacher.

What is your educational background?
I attended public school growing up and then studied history at Yale University. I am currently completing a dual master’s degree program in Elementary Education and Special Education from Lesley University.

How are you available to help parents and families?
I am always willing to help parents and families! I love building relationships with the families in our community, and I am so happy to help however I can!

Why are you passionate about your work?
I believe deeply that all of our students are precious, worthy of care, deserving of the best education, and capable of anything that they endeavor to accomplish. It is a privilege to get to teach and inspire, to share love of learning, and to help students realize their own great potential.

What made you decide to follow this career path?
I was drawn to the field of education by a desire to pour love and encouragement into others. I previously worked with elementary and high school students in after-school mentoring programs, and I am thrilled to now be teaching in the classroom.
