Anne Robinson

Anne Robinson is the Executive Director of Building Pathways, an education facilities incubator,
where she is developing strategic plans for the assessment of all government-owned and
suitable commercial properties that can house public charter schools and early childhood
education centers.

She works with developers, builders, and city leadership to support the growth of high-quality charter school education. Anne provides the Board with advice on strategies and their implementation and manages the legal functions of the organization.

Prior to this, Anne served as the Committee Director for the D.C. Council Committee on
Education. Her portfolio within the Committee’s jurisdiction included oversight of policy and
legislation recommendations for D.C. education agencies. She has over a decade of
experience in political fundraising and intergovernmental relations.

Anne is licensed to practice law in Maryland and holds a J.D. from the University of the District
of Columbia, David A. Clarke School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from Millersville University
of Pennsylvania. She is a parent of three and a resident of Ward 4.
